OPERATIONS PROCEDURE

1.Seller sends Draft Contract
2.Buyer sends reviewed Contract back
3.Seller Complete Contract and send to Buyer signed back
4.Buyer Complete Contract and send to Seller signed back.
5.Within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of signing the contract Buyer’s Bank issues Proof of Funds (POF) pre-advise MT799 to the Seller’s bank.
6.Seller’s bank issues 2% Performance Bond and complete Proof of Product (POP) documents to the Buyer’s bank.
7.Buyer’s Bank issues irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) to bank of the Seller.
8.Shipping of commodity
9.After the shipment arrival at destination port designated by the buyer, at completion of inspection and approval granted from SGS and CIQ, according to the actual quantity and quality the buyer shall comply with the implements the payment procedures and method within 3 working days and T/T pay for the total payment of one month cargo.
